This is going to be my collection of thoughts, tips, questions and references on innovation (techniques, personal barriers,  group dynamics, supportive environment/corporate culture),   leadership, organizations, and women leaders.   For me, these are all integrally related.  In particular, Womennovation is the juncture of my interests in women, innovation, organizations, and teams.  (I’m preparing to do a study on the topic.)
